Return Process

  Log into your account and select the order you wish to return to receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Device

  Perform a factory reset to wipe your personal data and securely pack the gadget in its original packaging along with all included accessories.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your email and drop the package off at any authorized courier location.

  Inspection and Refund
